Refund Policy

Please review our policy on payments, cancellations, and refunds before purchasing credits or a subscription.

We maintain a strict no-refund policy. Once an order for services, such as credits or a subscription for audio/video interactions, has been confirmed and the amount deducted from your wallet, cancellation is not possible since the service is made available instantly. In certain limited scenarios where the service does not initiate, Dostie App reserves the right to decide whether to issue a refund. Should a User wish to cancel a successfully placed order before execution, they must contact the customer care team within 1 (one) hour of payment; thereafter, the decision to issue a refund is entirely at the discretion of Dostie App and its management.

No-refund policy: Because services are delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled once the amount has been deducted from your wallet.

1. Incorrect Information or Data

No refund shall be processed for providing incorrect information or data. You may request a change to the incorrect information or data by contacting the customer care team within 1 (one) hour of the service being rendered.

2. Audio & Video Calling

No refund shall be processed for providing a wrong contact number when availing the "Audio & video calling" feature. Users who opt for this feature are advised to keep their contact number in a full coverage area and must answer the call when received. No refund shall be processed for any call that gets connected.

3. Subscription Services

The strict no-refund policy applies to all subscription services; therefore, no refund shall be processed for any subscription purchased by the User.

4. Communications

The User agrees to receive certain specific emails and messages along with calls from the Website and App.
