Account Deletion

Want to leave Dostie? You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data anytime.

We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to permanently delete your Dostie account and what happens to your data. This is placeholder content for demonstration.

Delete from the app

Open Dostie and go to Profile → Settings.
Tap Account, then Delete Account.
Confirm your choice and follow the on-screen steps.

Delete by email

If you can't access the app, email us from your registered address and we'll process your request.

This action is permanent. Once deleted, your profile, messages, communities, and any remaining coins cannot be recovered.

What gets deleted

Your profile and account details.
Your chats, rooms, and community memberships.
Personal data we hold about you, except where we're legally required to retain certain records.

How long it takes

Deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation once your account has been fully removed.
